Appointment Cancellation

Our Policy

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to reschedule, please kindly give us 2 business days notice to avoid the $50 cancellation/no show fee.

Insurance

As a service to you we will bill your insurance company for you. Insurances vary and we will give you a good faith estimate for the services that you are having done. Your estimated portion is due at the time of service. We will then bill your insurance company for the procedures that are completed. You are responsible for what the insurance does not cover.

If you do not have dental insurance, the Woodland Dental Plan is for you! For a fixed fee, this plan covers 2 preventative exams a year and provides a 20% discount on additional services. Learn more.

Payment Plans

Woodland Dental has no in-house payment plans. If you need assistance with a payment plan for the dental work that is needed we recommend going to CareCredit.com. This company offers an interest-free credit card when paid within a certain amount of time. Terms and conditions can be found on their website.
